The honest answer? Earlier than you think. For European travel especially, 6-12 months out gives us the best selection of hotels, tours, and experiences and the best pricing on flights. Cruises book out even further in advance. That said, I've pulled together incredible last-minute trips too. Reach out and let's see what's possible.
Great question, and an important one. My planning fee means I work for you, not the hotel, the cruise line, or the tour operator. It covers all the research, planning, coordination, and support from our first conversation to your final day abroad. We'll discuss your specific fee during your complimentary consultation, before you commit to anything.
That's literally what I'm here for. Tell me how you want to feel on this trip — relaxed, adventurous, cultured, pampered — and I'll tell you where to go. Some of my favorite itineraries started with "somewhere in Europe... probably?"
Europe is my specialty, particularly the Mediterranean, but I also plan trips to Mexico and wherever your dreams take you.. If your bucket list includes Croatia small boat cruising, an Egypt Nile cruise, or the Galápagos... let's absolutely talk.
I'm so glad you asked. A gin & tonic with a slice of local citrus, made by someone who knows exactly how much ice you want. Hvar is magic and you deserve to be fully hydrated for all of it. This is the kind of deeply important research I take very seriously.
I'm just a text away. Flight delays, hotel hiccups, unexpected closures... I'm monitoring, problem-solving, and making calls while you're still figuring out what happened. That's the whole point of having someone in your corner…and I always recommend Travel Insurance, because sometimes the unexpected does happen.
Absolutely yes. And if it doesn't, we need to revisit your itinerary because somewhere between the Tuscan vineyard and the Amalfi sunset, something went wrong and I take full responsibility.
