It all starts with your complimentary 30-45 minute consultation via Zoom, or in person. This isn't just about destinations and dates... I want to understand what makes you tick as a traveler. Your style, your priorities, your budget, and your dream. Come with ideas, questions, or absolutely nothing at all... we'll figure it out together.

Step Two:
Your Custom Roadmap
Within 24 hours of our consultation you'll receive a detailed follow-up email recapping everything we discussed, outlining exactly how I work, and laying out clear next steps. You'll know what to expect, what comes next, and what working together will look like before you commit to anything.
Step Three:
We Make It Official
Once you decide to move forward, you'll sign my planning agreement and pay your non-refundable Concierge Care planning fee. This is where the real fun begins... and where I get to work.

Building Your Foundation
For complex trips, I start with the big picture first; where you're going, for how long, and how we'll get you there. Flights, overall routing, and transportation logistics get mapped out before anything else. Think of this as the scaffolding that everything else gets built around... trains, private transfers, rental cars, or a combination of all three.
Step Five:
Accommodations & Experiences
Once the foundation is set, I research and recommend the perfect accommodations for each destination — hotels, agriturismos, villas, boutique properties — whatever fits your style and your moment. Then I layer in the experiences... private tours, hidden gem restaurants, hard-to-get reservations, and the kind of details that turn a good trip into a great one.
This is the part I love most... the curation that goes way beyond a standard itinerary. A private cooking class in a Florentine kitchen. Wine tasting at a family-owned vineyard not listed on any tour site. A leather workshop in Florence that also happens to make the most beautiful purses you've ever seen. A hand-picked list of every spot playing live traditional music in Dublin while you're in town, with directions from your hotel to each one. A destination-themed Spotify playlist waiting before you land. Spa reservations, private boat tours, art museum experiences... all researched, vetted, and chosen specifically for you. These aren't add-ons. They're the whole point.

2-3 weeks before departure you'll receive your Know Before You Go guide, a detailed packing list, all your travel documents in one easy-to-use app, and a pre-trip check-in so nothing catches you off guard. On your travel days I'm tracking flights and on call... because peace of mind is part of what you're paying for.
