Payment Terms: Your planning fee is non-refundable and due upon signing your planning agreement. Until a deposit is placed on a booking, proposal pricing is subject to change.
Travel Insurance: Insurance quotes to protect your investment. I strongly recommend coverage for every trip...I'll make sure you have the information to make the right call.
Pre-Travel Prep: A detailed Know Before You Go guide, destination-specific packing list, apps to download, entry requirements, and a pre-trip Zoom or in-person check-in 2-3 weeks before departure.
Dining: Restaurant recommendations and reservations where it matters... neighborhood spots, hidden trattorias, and the detours worth taking.
Tours & Experiences: Private and small-group experiences tailored to your group... vetted guides, hidden gems, hard-to-get reservations, and the kind of access you simply can't Google.
Transportation: Train tickets, private transfers, and rental car coordination... all arranged and organized so getting from A to B is never the stressful part.
Accommodations: Thoughtfully curated hotels, agriturismos, villas, or boutique properties that fit your travel style, your group, and the moment you're celebrating.

I'll find the best property for your needs, apply any available perks, and throw in restaurant recommendations because a great meal is always part of the plan.
